Denim on Denim

Hey guys!
I promise you, I'm not picking my nose haha.
Today I had to do what hurts your account most: Grocery Shopping.
The amount of food a human has to eat is ridiculous >.<

It was time to leave the comforts of my room and go buy food since I've been living on toast and coffee this past week. The joy of being a student!

I went for casual and comfort which included in a baggy yellow polka dot shirt and stretchy skinny jeans. Jeggings? I wore my denim oversized Jean jacket with the sleeves rolled up just below my elbows. It gives the jacket a more 'tailored' appearance. If yah know what I mean.

One main tip in styling denim on denim is to wear two different coloured denims.

Lastly, I wore my favourite cut out boots as they are really comfortable, and you know, everyone should have black boots in their wardrobe cause they compliment different outfits.

What I'm Wearing:

Shirt: H&M
Trousers: Joni Jeans - Topshop
Jacket: Sisley -Camden Market
Boots: Zara

School Look

Here I am wearing a school uniform kind of look. It may be weird but this is my go to outfit when my 'creative' mind is not working or I can't be bothered to think of one. The reason for this is that when I studied at my sixth form college, we were only allowed to wear 'formal' black and white attire so it has basically stuck since then.

This is a comfortable and warm outfit as I have layered underneath with a white button up shirt. The jumper is actually a small for men since I like to wear oversized jumper. The skater skirt is pleather and I use a brown belt to divide the oversized jumper and the skirt

The loafers are very comfortable and easy to walk in, and even to run in! I nearly missed my bus and had to run from my house to the bus stop and I felt like I was bouncing.

What I am Wearing:

Shirt: Market in Bordeaux, France
Jumper: Boyfriends Closet
Necklace: Gifted
Belt: Came with a dress from Republic (it's not called that any more)
Skirt: River Island
Tights: Primark
Shoes: Zara

Thank you to Maria for taking some of these pictures. She has her own blog here.

OOTD: Flower Print

Here I am wearing a navy/green dress with a floral pattern. What I like about this dress is that its super comfortable and easy to put on. What I don't really like is that it is a bit long for me as I am quite short. It is over the knee so I have to roll it up so I don't look too washed out and tiny. Ha!
Over the dress, I am wearing a navy blue wool jumper in the size medium which is quite big on me, but I like my jumpers bigger (who doesn't?). I am wearing thin black see through tights with black socks to keep my feet extra warm. These boots are one of my favourite shoes as they are so versatile and easy to style. They are also very comfortable. (These boots are on the Zara site but they are on sale in some shops). And lastly, for accessories, I wear a small bronze pocket watch necklace

Dress: Zara
Tights: Primark (Sheer Tights)
Socks: New Look
Boots: Zara
Necklace: Camden Market
